I have been helping individuals, couples, and families navigate sensitive relational issues since 2007, first as a family attorney/mediator and, more recently, as a couple and family therapist.
I applaud you for taking the first step to heal and move forward with peace, whether you are seeking individual or couple therapy.
If you’ve been struggling for some time, you might not believe change or resolution is possible. I want to assure you that it is possible with the right tools, practices, and support.
As a relationship therapist, I work with intimate partners, married couples, and adults experiencing distress due to infidelity, addiction, parenting conflict, complex/generational trauma, sex-related issues, separation, or feeling disconnected in some other way.
For couples considering separation, I offer discernment counseling so this decision can be made with clarity and compassion.
As an experienced family & divorce mediator, I offer creative, collaborative, and compassionate mediation services for separating couples and co-parents.
I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation to get started. You can schedule your call using the form found at cassandramassey.com/contact.
