When life presents you with more questions than answers, it can be hard to know which way to turn or how to reach a cool calm when you need it most. Finding your next move can be especially challenging when you are faced with so many stressors on a daily basis, not to mention the constantly changing state of the outside world. I get it. As a therapist, I am here to help you find and maintain your center of balance even when things are unclear, unstable, or especially difficult.

In session, we can use evidenced-based tools from therapies such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and we can also practice mindfulness for stress relief. The skills you learn in session can definitely translate into the rest of your life, helping you to calm your nervous system and to put things into perspective whenever you may need to. I am here to support you unconditionally as you move through life with ever increasing levels of resilience, inner calm, and lasting clarity. Together, we will establish goals for our time together based on whatever is most important to you. My passion is working with individuals and adolescents addressing issues such as pandemic related stress, preventing burnout at work, and major life transitions.
