Clients who come to see me are looking for a way out of the pain in their relationship. They want happiness and the space to love and be loved. Often clients who are in a difficult dynamic have a history together that they cherish, but have become stuck and feel helpless to change it. Given the right tools, clients are often surprised to find that what they want most is within their reach; they have just been going about it the wrong way. Creating a solid, lasting relationship with their partner becomes a reality through our work together. I believe that relationships grow just as humans do, and is a lifelong process. Given the right tools and resources, personal growth can lead us to better mental and relational health. I help relationships heal from conflict, emotional abuse, codependency, sexual problems, poor communication, and other states of regression. In my own relationships with those closest to me, I have experienced what it feels like to be "stuck." Through the guidance of skilled therapists and mentors, I have been able to grow myself up in ways that have really made a difference to those I love.
