My goal in counseling is to help my clients have as much agency as possible in their lives, careers, families, and relationships. In group settings, this looks like creating a safe space where we can practice being ourselves with support and guidance. I like to engage clients in creative ways and welcome whatever you bring to the session as a unique opportunity to explore challenges (and successes!) together.
