My practice is heart-centered intended to process and heal trauma wounds and reduce defenses to them to bring joy back into you lives.

Creating heart space is my foundational focus. Within this space, whatever you may be experiencing is processed in an open, warm-hearted, non-judgmental, accepting place. Consequently, I do not rely on diagnosis from the DSM, but listen to what experiences my clients have. We then collaborate to find solutions. This could involve different modalities, but we listen carefully to the inner healer and guide. I am influenced by Refined Hakomi, Archtypal and Transpersonal Psychology, AEDP, and Active Imagination from Carl G. Jung. In addition to my training in psychotherapy, I bring a wide array of life experience into the therapy room, ranging from being an attorney professionally to having transpersonal experiences. All topics are welcome.

Finally, as a PhD candidate in East West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies focusing on depth psychology with a Jungian lens and an Eastern meditation practice, I work with dreams, visions, reveries, and other image forms to unpack their meaning. I like to think these images are ways the inner healer communicates. This is often helpful in moments when there are no words. Much of trauma is an experience of no words. My experience also includes trainings in Refined Hakomi (workshops from legacy holders of Ron Kurtz the founder, distinguished the Hakomi institutes), Somatic modalities and Holotropic Breathwork, which has become the foundation for Psychedelic Therapies.
